Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
Shipping Time: Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Damages: Each cup is carefully packaged, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can make it right.
