• All sales are final due to the handmade and fragile nature of glass cups.

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives broken or defective, please email me within 48 hours of receiving it (with photos) for a replacement or store credit.

• No Returns/Exchanges: I cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are used, personalized, or not in their original condition.
